We are pleased to update you on another achievement of our office.
Our firm represented a company that served as a subcontractor in a lawsuit against a main contractor in the air conditioning field. Within the lawsuit, the company we represented claimed that the main contractor had not paid it for work it performed. The main contractor, on the other hand, claimed that not only was the company we represented not entitled to any payment, as the work performed was negligent and delivered late, but that it also suffered significant damages, including damage to its reputation. In a ruling given today, following the submission of evidence and affidavits, as well as the examination of an expert appointed by the parties" consent, by Adv. Dov Kerner from our firm, the court approved a settlement agreement whereby the main contractor was obligated to pay the company we represented a total sum of approximately NIS 180,000.
