In the administrative field, Adv. Kerner has extensive experience in submitting and managing High Court petitions and administrative petitions in a wide range of fields and against various authorities, including government ministries and different governmental bodies. Among other things, Adv. Kerner represented the family of the captured navigator Ron Arad, the family of the late pilot Yossi (Joe) Alon, bereaved families in their struggle against the security establishment, farmers in their struggle to receive a proper quota of foreign workers, foreign workers seeking legal status for their children born in Israel, heads of authorities in the Western Galilee in their struggle to receive proper medical services, and the Secular Forum in a petition concerning religious coercion in the education system. Adv. Kerner also participated in representing the Movement for Quality of Government in various matters, including a petition concerning the Tal Law, to which he contributed to its drafting.
In the field of civil litigation and commercial law, Adv. Karner assists the firm's clients, companies and private individuals, in diverse and complex legal proceedings, including in the areas of contracts and corporate law, as well as in ongoing consulting in all areas relevant to the conduct of commercial entities, including drafting contracts for various matters and comprehensive advice regarding employee recruitment.
In the field of labor law, Adv. Kerner specializes in representing employers, including commercial companies and public bodies, among them the Mate Asher Regional Council, as well as employees with a broad and diverse occupational background, ranging from CEOs and senior employees, through local authority workers and teachers, to foreign workers and Palestinian laborers.
