Distribution of funds for our client

14 years of legal proceedings conclude with the distribution of funds to our client from a bankrupt estate.
Our client was entitled to receive a significant sum of money from the estate of a deceased person, by virtue of a cohabitation agreement signed between them as common-law partners.
Nearly a decade and a half after the deceased's passing, the distribution of funds to our client has been delayed due to dozens of proceedings initiated by the deceased's children and other parties in every possible court, ultimately leading the estate into bankruptcy proceedings.
Even after the client's claim was approved by the bankruptcy trustee of the estate, the deceased's descendants continued to do everything in their power to dispossess her of her rights; however, this week, after a lengthy hearing, the Deputy President of the Tel Aviv District Court, His Honor Judge Hagai Brenner, accepted our claims and ordered the trustee to distribute to our client the funds due to her.
