Ruling in favor of our firm's client in a lawsuit filed by a credit card company

One of Israel's largest credit card companies filed a lawsuit against our client for an alleged debt of tens of thousands of shekels.
The client, who resides abroad, filed an objection to the claim on her own, prior to contacting our office. When she sought our representation months later, it became clear to us that the objection filed, as mentioned, independently, was flawed both factually and legally.
Therefore, we filed a request with the court to submit a new and detailed objection, including a plethora of claims against the credit company. The company, in turn – in light of the difficult claims, including its concealment of an agreement between it and our client from the court, its duplication and even tripling of the actual debt, as well as other deficiencies in its conduct – stood on its hind legs, strongly opposed the requested amendment, and waged a complete campaign in an attempt to prevent its approval.
At the end of the day, the court accepted all our claims and allowed the submission of the detailed and amended objection.
