These include transactions between private and public entities and vice versa, transactions between companies, countries, small and large transactions, import and export transactions, distribution agreements, fundraising and financing, transactions in the fields of high-tech, finance, real estate, entrepreneurship, marketing, and more. The common characteristic of all these transactions is the need for an international commercial contract, which will regulate the legal relationship between the parties, especially in light of the fact that the transaction is conducted between parties from different countries with varying legal systems.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">International commercial agreement lawyer<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The need for an attorney with knowledge and experience in international commercial agreements is critical. It is important that the attorney knows and is familiar with the various laws applicable to the agreement and also has relevant professional connections. When a dispute arises that leads to a breach of contract, it is important that the contract includes clear clauses that determine the legal mechanism by which the dispute will be managed, under which legal system, in which jurisdiction, and in which court. The attorney will know how to draft and include specific clauses within the agreement aimed at protecting you, such as an exclusive jurisdiction clause, whose purpose is to grant jurisdiction to an Israeli court in case of a dispute, and not to a court in another country where other laws will apply, or at least to a neutral judicial tribunal. Other options include clauses aimed at creating an alternative dispute resolution mechanism, such as arbitration or mediation, various limitation of liability clauses, various legal defenses, and more.
